Again an important acquisition for the ICEAC collection

Jan Toorop, Belgian refugees, 1914/1915, charcoal on paper, 17 x 23.5 cm.
Very probably in the handwriting of Frans Elout, the son of the female painter Mies Elout-Drabbe, who was a pupil & a great friend of Jan Toorop.
